Outer Shell

• Heavy-duty 300g/sq.m Polyethylene tarpaulin
• Three Layers with woven core for strength and resistance to tearing
• Waterproof , UV resistant and Fire retardant
• Door type: 2 / Mechanical Doors
• Easy to clean & very low maintenance

Frame

• Heavy Duty Steel tubes (bolted together).
• Powder coated to prevent corrosion and provide high quality finish
• Heavy Duty foot plates which are secured to ground.
• Heavy Duty Ratchet System for tensioning the shell to the frame

Ground Fixings

We recommend this shelter is installed on a concrete base.

Important Assembly Notes:

This is a Large, Heavy Duty Grade Shelter. Due to its size and weight (Over 800 Kg's) we make the following recommendations and cautions:

The strength and stability of this structure is dependant on correct assembly. Only when the frame is assembled completely and secured to the ground and the cover is correctly positioned and tensioned to the frame will the shelter be safe to use.

• Lifting gear is recommended to accept delivery.
• At least 4 people are required to assemble this shelter.
• You should exercise caution whilst assembling this shelter.
• Always read the supplied Assembly Manual prior to commencing assembly.
• Follow the instructions to complete assembly in the order shown.
• Use suitable platform / ladders to complete the roof section.
• Ensure all fastenings are secured once the frame is together.
• Failure to adhere to these precautions may result in injury or damage to the shelter.
